Crikey, take care with that....

Very good friend of mine in his 60's who is fair skinned and sensitive to the sun has just had to have a melinoma removed surgically from his bald head.... Years of being out in even just a mild sun can do damage...

Spent the bank holiday weekend decorating but had the sunday on a diving course.... But this weekend got a family wedding/weekend away in bournemouth - got monday off as staying there sunday night too - so hoping for more of the same weather this weekend.... Love bournemouth beach.
