It's more the fact that they knowingly did what they did,

Forced someone with the cognitive age of a 1 year old to listen for 2hrs and comprehend a series of forms, someone with an attention span of less than 5mins, someone who can't even read or write. They told them where they wanted them to sign in order to get their own way, all behind the back of the carers and families who the people with disabilities actually listen to. The carers and families do such a tough job to help these people live some kind of a normal life.

There's no balance there. That is utterly despicable behaviour, regardless of your political beliefs
