You'll know, I'm sure, that the tax burden on the richest has increased under the Coalition, and the tax burden for the poorest has decreased. So that ticks (A).

You'll also know that Labour's Shadow Chancellor believes that, for instance, taxing non doms will cost Britain money which means that more tax will have to be paid by the poorest as less tax will be taken from the super-rich. So that ticks (B)

Somehow I don't think you've really thought this through Larry.
