yes, although I'd imagine they'll be very similar to the microlife here

since they'll be based on much the same physical and chemical processes.
No massive differences would evolve until much further down the evolutionary trail I wouldn't think.
IIRC it took a billion or so years for anything remotely complex to appear on earth
