had to get a Super Sur heater and a couple of electric radiators just to get through the winters we had it

in one of the bedrooms the vent was in the ceiling

what f**king use is that?

hot air rises

not only that but there was no sort of insulation on the air ducts so the heat was all being lost in the loft befor it ever managed to get that far

the noise of the thing too

bloody hell it was awful
