The 3 million we paid for him

should be included in any money we have to spend, it was originally money that was allocated for transfers so I don't see why it shouldn't be now. Also I would be surprised and disappointed if any of the money was used for paying off debt as the club have already said the debt is being paid by manageable monthly repayments.
