For a year, I went swimming 7 times a week and consumed about 1500 kcals a day average (many days on 1000, averaged out to 1500 with a couple of heavier days eating and drinking)
I didn't drop any weight in that. I got bored of the swimming side and quit the gym. I stayed the same weight whilst not doing much exercise at all and keeping to the same eating habits
