Yeah true. Overall I'm very impressed with Alex and the way he goes about things

Under previous managers I got the impression that if it was going tits up then the nice chat approach was used.

Under this manager I think he puts some f**ks into them.I also suspect he knows those that need screaming at and those that need friendly encouragement.

So far it seems to be paying off.
