Why is Deano so much higher rated that McSheffrey?

Not that i'm complaining, and i do rate DEano highly but...

Correct me if i'm wrong, but hasn't McSheffery also scored 10 goals this season. Both play in midtable Championship teams, and Deano is only 2 years younger.

Other than a bit of Premiership success...is there much between them?
