You're right though, it is, and I've always voted "properly" in the end.

I come across politicians (no, not like that, put those thoughts away) a lot in my line of work. There are likeable, competent, decent people in all three main parties, and utter w**kers in all three main parties as well. I always vote for the person, not the party.
