As the Wroth is now obviously fashion central....

Got a job interview tomorrow, going for grey suit, white shirt, black shoes. Got three decent ties to choose from, light blue, dark blue, or purple shaded / white diagonal stripes. Which is best? And are big windsor knots still in? Or have things reverted to being tiny knot and non kipper (like at school).
