Did you personally try and obtain tickets?

It was a chore, but not really that different to any other big music event I've tried to get tickets for. It was basically the luck of the draw, unless you live in Norwich, when it was rightly weighted in your favour.
I managed to get two somehow, but just row up the river into Earlham Park on the day, they won't notice.
