To be fair it is potentially a less equitable outcome for the country because

The Lib Dems got less seats than their share of the vote merited and were ultimately able to become coalition partners because they had enough seats.

The SNP will, however, have a disproportionate amount of power.

I know there have always been anomalies such as this I just find this a particularly stark one and yes in part that's because i don't like the idea of the SNP having that sort of influence.
