2 of them (a married couple) have left the uk and gone to shanghai, another is Kuala Lumpur bound in August and the other loves his job here. These aren't junior teachers - two assistant heads and a head of department. Moving abroad for the right role is a very lucrative and enriching experience - I can't blame them. The system isn't just losing NQTs, it's others who find they now have options they may not have done in years gone by.
This trend for teaching abroad is a modern thing I think. Unless I was just oblivious.
