Just out of interest do you know the number of new teachers qualifying 5 years ago to now?

Just curious as to how that affects the stats. I'm not pro tory or pro labour really I'm somewhere in the undecided camp.

When figures are quoted like that the cynic in me assumes they are made up. What's that quote something like 90% of statistics are made up on the spot and the other 20% are lies.
