Any Wrathers a Member Nominated Trustee for their Employers Pension Scheme?

I'm considering doing it where I work and wondered if anyone here does the role already - any thoughts on how 'heavy' it is - I.e the need for indepth pension knowledge, which I don't have, but am committed to training up on it.
