Mrs KC and I moved into KC Towers many years ago. We had a six-month forward on our mail. The people we bought from did so too but it was only for a month. They were very disorganised in their move, we had to collect keys from their friends after we moved in, clear stuff they had left in the house including some very personal things. We sent some mail on with a note after the forward finished but stopped after that.
We continued to get mail for them for years mainly in December. Assumed mainly xmas cards all of which we have binned; on the basis that if our buyers were really friends with them they?d have let them know new address. But some of the mail was the sort that would arrive in brown paper and some was not in brown paper which peed is off as the kids could well have picked it up.
We received yet another card yesterday which was binned in the recycling as per usual, but then two more today. Not cheap xmas card types though, these were big cards. We opened the one in the recycling and it was in sympathy
What do we do?
Bin the cards
Forward all three, one of which is opened?
Forward two and claim the other one was never received
Cheers in advance for suggestions.
OTBC.
