Couple of questions

Postman just dropped post threw the door. I didn't recognise the names ( I've lived here 6/7 years ) so I've opened them.

I've got water, sewage, and British gas bills all for this other guy at my address. The amounts are not small either! The bills have another address on them, but also says bills to be sent to my address!

Questions

1. Do I get in trouble for opening other people's post.

2. Should I go to the address and confront him ( then knowing I've opened his mail)

3 contact police or service provider as could be fraud

4 ignore

5 would this black list my address
