Sorry, its taken me 4 days to reply to a thread about NW and why he's playing the long ball.

I am old enough to remember those times, I'm 34, and i too loved those days, but I wasn't advocating his use of long ball, just explaining why i think he was doing it.

I of course prefer the heady days of FA semis, Europe and consitantly attractive Premiership football. Just watch the video again to the 92-93 season. We were awesome. Unbelievable fooyball.
