A vision of the future...

Morning all, I've been trying to resist posting this on here for a while, but i feel that now is the time.

Ok, What you saw at CR yesterday is the scary reality of what we have to look forward too for the next 1 maybe 2 years (Well you lot will, i wont be around here!). Without Ashton up front we are about as threatening as the easter bunny, dont get me wrong Thorne put himself about but there was nobody with him, and he's not got long left himself. The fact that yesterday we had all our 'stars' missing for various reasons, for me highlighted what a shockingly average team we really are, we had nothing, no spark and watching our midfield was worrying. We are not a big club and we never will be but i think the board needs to take stock of our current plight. They claimed we are not a selling club, we had turned a corner, say no more! They should have come out and be honest about the Ashton deal, they are not exactly enduring themselves to fans. I personally am really dissappointed in them, and for me to know that yesterday was my last game for a long time, it shocks me to think that when i started working at the club 6 years ago, we are now no better than we were then. After the good times we had over the last few years, the memory i will take away with me is of yesterday's game, the way we played, the team we have, the way the club are treating the fans. good luck for the future NCFC, there's some hard times ahead.

An extremely disappointed City fan.

Just a quick mention, Best Wishes Greeno, hope all's well and hope to see you on the mend soon
