I love it when they print quotes as they are said rather than

changing the wording so they actually make sense.

Hughton speaks in football cliches and manages by numbers. Nice bloke and obviously a reasonable man manager but i don't think he's the sharpest around. No doubt highly thorough in his preparation and has studied and memorised every coaching manual out there but his complete and utter inability to act spontaneously or respond/react to circumstances during games whilst managing us was quite remarkable.
