Food banks a new thing

I would query whether the presence of food banks is reflective of more people not being able to afford food or more that people now set up food banks to help people who previously could not afford food but before did not have resources such as food banks.

In general, more people employed and the economy is strong. I think the coalition has done a decent job on the whole.
