These last two flight crashes in Europe - so avoidable

getting shot down over a war zone, and leaving the co-pilot as sole occupant in the cockpit....

British Airways has already stopped flying over the Ukraine, and in the USA there is a requirement for 2 people to be in the cockpit at all times.
