there's nothing an airline can do to stop pilot suicide

even if you mandate always having 2 people on the flight deck at any one time, there's a bloody sharp axe in the cockpit that could be used to top the other person, before you go through your suicide drills.

Plus it'd be piss easy to stack it on take off or landing. Not much the other pilot can do if you shove the stick forward at 500' AGL.
