The two times that Alex Neil has had cause to really criticise the team's performance

publicly, has had me wondering about their response to such scathing comments.

Both times my doubts have been answered emphatically.

What a great leader, man-manager and motivator. He clearly inspires the players and renews their belief.

It does make you wonder where we'd be if Alex had been with us all season. I'd suggest our position would be a lot stronger and more comfortable for automatic promotion. Still, seven big games to go.....
