That's unfortunate

Just got back to London and i'm sunburnt. Ridiculous. Went around in 1:28.49. Was my second HM, learnt my lesson from the previous not to get overly excited, pushed on at mile 10 (67) rather than exploding at 7. Distances will be shorter in the summer, 5 and 10km. Hopefully Norwich in November.
