Will football league follow up on threat

To not allow q.p.r back in championship due to breaking fair play rules?

Or will they back down or q.p.r pay the fine.

Didnt think about it till just now but didnt redknapp moan about fair play rules about man city, seems a bit rich - no pun intended.
