"What way is it?", " That way isn't it?" (indicating southwest btw), "Int it that way?"

WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE SUN USUALLY IS? Apart from people I work with. Who goes to the same workplace every day for years and doesn't register where the sun is in the mornings?
