Three things.

1. If Brian Mole is dead, I of course apologise.

2. But that shouldn't stop Duckenfield or anyone else from telling the truth. If he wasn't briefed - at all - that's a problem. Looks like you're joining in the scapegoating of one individual too.

3. Why did I mention Mole? Because of something I was told, two days ago, by someone who sat on the Hillsborough Independent Panel. He couldn't understand why Mole hadn't been called to the inquest either. Meaning he and me were ignorant about this - but in his case, given his expertise, it's bizarre. He never gets things wrong like this at all.
