Pleasantly surprised by todays game

most of the players were average, mcveigh and drury stood out head and shoulders above the rest as quality players. Everyone else did some good things and some bad things - except charlton and fleming who were crap most of the time.

Jarvis had s**t positioning but looked comfortable on the ball - as did spillane. Jarrett and etuhu sloppy at times but looked encouraging

We didn;t really have any chances, but passed the ball about really well at times, better than we have done for months - with a decent striker for mcveigh to play off we'd have looked even better.

Saw Green going into the ambulance after the game - didn;t look good - though Harewood was within his rights to go for the ball.
