So apparently a top insider at the BBC suggested it is Savillesque the way he has been treated.

(1) Isn't this absolutely f**king ludicrous suggestion more insulting than virtually anything Clarkson has ever done. To compare his stupid s**t with a monster paedo. WOW.

(2) It also makes no sense because Clarkson has constantly been pulled over the carpet for his antics. If there was a cover up, its the worst cover up in history as every time he does something stupid its in the papers and he is getting scolded and issues an apology for being a knob.
