Where is this in Norfolk?

Years ago the Mrs & I were somewhere close to the coast to the north of Yarmouth. We went through a place that seemed like a hamlet/village with what seemed like pre-fab houses either-side of the road. The road going through it could barely be called a road because it had MASSIVE holes in it so had to drive very, very slowly.
