Yes it will be. It does feel a bit like a trail by public vote when not all facts have been revealed

A bit like 'I'm a celebrity' type TV programmes. Is that good democracy? Not so sure. It'll be interesting how the BBC weigh up their biggest export (which is propping up the lack of increased revenue due to the licence freeze) against the supposed ethical standards of the Trust.
