Canaries manager Nigel Worthington earlier this week vowed to play Ashton no matter what and said: "If there was a buyer, maybe being cup-tied would affect his value in the buyer's book - but not in Norwich City's book. He is not really for sale anyway."
...if we then go and sell him after that statement, then they can all f**k off. I'm serious. Management and board. Its one thing to be up front, and, if being up front was admitting he might be sold and that yes, we did need the money after the ineptitude and rash spending from the manager over the Summer, then yes, bad news, but at least you're being honest...
...of a whole lot of bad spin and lies, to sell him now would be the topping on the putrid pile, and yes, they can all piss off, Worthington, his dismal coaching team, Munby, Doncaster, the lot of them. Do whatever it takes to run this football club, but BE HONEST please and no more spin and patronising bulls**t.
I await the statement with interest.
