Reading down the board I see the shock news that Ashton is out "injured"

and for some reason that irritates hell out of me.

I think that the events of the last few months have shaken the trust I had in the board. I'd like to have thought they'd have been up-front with us if we were selling, so could have taken the injury news at face value, but I just can't any more.

I used to believe we'd have held out for a fortune. Now I suspect we'll probably only make back our outlay once we've given Crewe their cut.
