We usually eat out at lunchtime, have that as the day's main meal, and then have practically nothing in the evening. A round of toast, quite often. Nothing at all fairly often too. So although we spend quite a bit on lunch, our weekly supermarket bill is way down. And, because we're spending more with small local establishments, and less with the turboc**t supermarkets we can feel better about supporting the local economy.
