So many mistakes.

Plenty of time to get a plan for the WC together and it never happened.

Sticking doggedly with out-of-form Cook until the last minute, then s**t on him.

Employ a woefully out of form Irishman as the new captain.

Take out of form players to the WC and leave more talented one-dayers at home. (Woakes/Stokes??)

Reactive decisions rather than proactive.

Moores was s**t first time round, even worse the second time round.
