I don't think 10million is cheeky, it maybe in the upper echelons of his value bracket - but I don't think anybody would be getting ripped off.

It cost Fulham over 10 Million for bloody Marlet, and at least Ashton has scored in the Premiership and is cut out for the english game.

I wouldn't really begrudge the club for selling at this price - even though he's the best player i've seen at the club for many seasons.
