I agree on most points but just a couple of things......

I listen on an android device, any browser that supports flash such as Puffin will work great.

Obviously the service is mainly for people outside of listening area or those stuck at a desk.

You also mentioned that its just for one club, in the past I have logged into other clubs websites using the same username/password combo

The one thing you didn't mention which cuts back on the value is they now post videos for free to youtube. This content used to be exclusive which is really strange.
