In HK everything is accessible. In China it's a different story.

YouTube and Facebook are blocked but sometimes the streams still work and Dr Dubbers radio stream works. Last season I even managed to watch a couple of matches in Ningbo and Nanjing when the barman in some obscure drinking hole managed to find a stream.
