press play in i-tunes...

at exactly the same time as you press play+record on a cassette player positioned next to your speakers. Make sure you tell all your family to be quiet for the the next hour too. After that simply import the audio from the cassette as a midi file and convert to mp3. Then you should be able to import this into media player.

I'm not an expert, mind you.
