Except it's not, apparently. It's James O'Brien off of on LBC. Never heard of him, but he made Shapps look like a prick, which can never happen enough times.
I'm now listening to Question Time, which appears to be from Scotland somewhere, although it hasn't got my secret crush Nicola Sturgeon on it, which is a bummer.
