good call. mine has explodered. 6 years old and rated *unserviceable* by the elite cookerpens today. fortunately i'd taken out the "extended warranty" for once and they have written the bugger off and given me a credit note to waft at john lewises. i normally don't bother with the extended warranty nonsense. live and learn.
