I correlate the frequency of my colds to the length of train commute. I was getting them

all the bloody time when commuting by train to Amsterdam from Delft (55 mins on train). Then got a 1st class travel pass from work and it cut down dramatically (basically less people in the carriage). Then commuted from Leiden to the Hague (15 mins on train) and it dropped yet again.

For the last two years I've been walking 10 mins to work since I moved to the Hague. Don't think I have had a cold since.
