Yeah I wasn't necessarily singling out any posts, but just really struck me how much

energy is wasted on trying to be proven right, or raking over old ground.

As you've said, we should all know by now, the change in fortunes can be, and frequently is, massive.

One of my favourites phrases that I keep repeating on here - "nothing is ever as bad, or as good, as it seems."
