It was Lily Ferrari - Joe F's mum
She did it in Eastenders too. There was actually a conversation on Eastenders which included the word 'Iwan' and 'Roberts' consecutively when the Italian family at the time were watching a game.
In the laundrette for years, 'HOLT RFC' was scratched in to the wall.
