he certainbly fills the goal. but apparently

he's been looking suspect in the last bit of the Italian season - there have been some Milan fans saying their other keeper ought to have played last night. And Dida should certainly have saved Smicer's shot (and possibly could have got closer to Gerrard's header, I thought.)
