Misses the point

Those fees are not the main thing for battleground voters. Rather it's the maintenance element. If he'd done something there it might have been quite clever. As it is he's pissed off the Unis for (I suspect) no real electoral gain. And I'm not sure his numbers work (nor are half the Labour party).
