Because here's what a halfway civilised, halfway sane government does. It works it out with Germany and keeps paying this poor kid's family in the meantime.

Instead, it cuts them off, leaves them to sink, leaves them to work their way through German legislation to see if they're eligible or not. Piles s**tloads of stress on a mum with a seriously disabled 8-year-old.

And Chelts' response to this? "LOL". Says it all, frankly. I'm sure he LOLd when legal aid was cut off to anyone appealing a benefit decision under this government too (47% of those decisions have been overturned on appeal, so no wonder this murdering government wants as few as people to appeal as possible).
