everything you hear from players about Neil is so positive
Johnson last night, Ruddy, Martin, Grabban recently also - basically making the point he has a plan for games and players understand what is wanted from them.
I'm sure there's more to it than just that, but either way, really does suggest that Adams was big time out of his depth as manager.
